Shipping Policy

We deliver our products across Pakistan through reliable courier partners. All orders are carefully packed and dispatched once the order has been confirmed.

Delivery Time
Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery to remote areas may take a little longer.

Shipping Charges

• Standard Delivery: PKR 300

• Free Delivery: On orders of PKR 5,000 or above

Order Confirmation
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared with you through WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver orders within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, courier-related issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address or Unsuccessful Delivery
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are correct when placing your order. If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or refusal to receive the order, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
